What we ask for, and what we don't

We don't collect your name, email, phone number, or the name of your company. There is no free-text box on this form — every field is a dropdown or a number, so there is nothing you could type that would identify you. A figure is only ever published once at least five people have reported the same role, level and city.

Every field is required. If you'd rather not share your company size, variable pay, ESOPs or gender, choose or type NIL.
